ACCOUNTING AND TICKETING SERVICES
- CORPORATE CREDIT CARDS - World Travel will assist in deciding which types of programs best benefit your company and travelers. There may be rewards and additional benefits available, based on your company travel profile.
LOWER FARE TICKET EXCHANGES - World Travel's extensive Quality Assurance program monitors our client's existing reservations on an ongoing, daily basis for lower fares. If a fare is lowered, we may be able to exchange the ticket and provide you with a refund when applicable.
IMMEDIATE CREDIT ON UNUSED TICKETS - Refunds are processed on a daily basis and are submitted within the same reporting period. Unused non-refundable tickets are tracked and applied to future travel when possible.
INVOICES AND RECEIPTS - All invoices are emailed and a receipt of ticketing will be mailed if requested by the traveler or travel planner.
MANAGEMENT REPORTS - World Travel offers reports designed to provide detailed and summary information that can help your company to reduce its travel and entertainment expenses. A nominal fee is charged for the processing and printing of the reports. Additional report options are available online also.
